Free To Be Me Unpaid Carer Support

The Free To Be Me project at Grampian Opportunities offers support to all adult unpaid carers in Aberdeenshire. If you look after a family member, partner or friend who has a disability, long-term illness, mental health condition or additional need, you are an unpaid carer.

We offer one-to-one support, support groups in Inverurie, Peterhead, and Stonehaven, information and signposting, and run wellbeing sessions and social events.

Support groups:

Stonehaven, every 1st and 3rd Wednesday per month, 10.30 am- 11.30 am
Inverurie, every Monday, 10 am - 11 am
Peterhead, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday per month, 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm
